Tour Itinerary

Day 1 :

FROM DEHRADUN TO SANKRI

The group wil gather at the pickup location at 6:00 AM
From there, we’l proceed towards Sankri vilage, the starting point for the Kedarkantha Trek

Upon arrival in Sankri, we will check into our assigned homestay. The remainder of the day is free, allowing travelers to relax and unwind.

In the evening, dinner wil be provided, folowed by an overnight stay in Sankri Vilage

Day 2 :

TREK FROM SANKRI TO JUDA KA TAL

After breakfast, the trek leader wil give a brief overview of the day’s plan
The trek begins, passing through lush pine forests with the Swargrohini Massif in view
We’ll reach Juda Ka Taal campsite after about four hours of trekking and have lunch
The afternoon is free to relax. Dinner will be served in the evening, followed by an overnight stay at the campsite

Day 3 :

JUDA KA TAAL TO KEDARKANTHA

Start the day with morning tea and breakfast
Trek leader briefing before heading to Kedarkantha Base Camp (3–4 hours).
Arrive at the campsite and enjoy a warm lunch
Afternoon free for leisure activities like snowball fights and games
Dinner at the campsite followed by an overnight stay at Kedarkantha Base Camp

Day 4 :

TREK TO KEDARKANTHA PEAK

Wake up at 2:00 AM for an early start to the Kedarkantha Summit trek
Reach the peak, enjoy panoramic views, and witness a stunning sunrise
Descend back to Kedarkantha Base Camp for lunch
Celebrate the final night with a farewel gathering
Overnight stay at Juda Ka Taal campsite

Day 5 :

BACK TO DEHRADUN

After breakfast, descend from Juda Ka Taal to Sankri
Freshen up at the hotel and have lunch
Continue the journey to Dehradun, arriving by late evening
Trip ends as the group parts ways with memories to cherish

Stay: 1N hotel/homestay + 3N tents (sharing basis)
Transport: Dehradun–Sankri–Dehradun by Sumo/Bolero/Tempo Traveler (non-A/C, as per group size)
Note: Not included in basecamp-to-basecamp or Sankri-to-Sankri packages.
Meals: Al vegetarian meals from Day 1 dinner to Day 5 lunch
Snacks: Morning/evening tea/coﬀee with light snacks & soup
Camping Gear: Tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, dining/kitchen/toilet tents

How fit do I need to be to do this trek?
